One Live Online Class
This purchase allows you to attend one live online class with Kim Root.
Kim has been a movement instructor and healer for over 40 years. As founder of The Rooted Center, a somatic movement and healing center, Kim’s experience comes originally from self-taught practices to help manage her own anxiety and emotional sensitivity. Her journey includes over 30 years studying and teaching movement, meditation and breath work with a focus on 5 element healing techniques.
Each class is completely unique starts with an invitation for participants to share their current condition if they wish. This practice has two objectives. One to bring each persons awareness to where they are starting and second to give Kim a direction for the class. There will be another chance to share again at the end of class if you wish.
